Sachdeva overseas is government recognized manufacturer and Export house engaged in the field of footwear manufacturing since 2004. The company is a semi mechanized and manufacturing footwear with latest technology as per trends of modern market. The company is producing quality footwear of all category for Men's footwear, under REACH regulation and tack free construction . Our experienced planning team ensure delivery well in time. The company has production capacity of 1000 pairs of shoes per day.

PRODUCT RANGE

• The Company produces high quality mens comfort, mens boots and mens casual( comfort, driving shoe, boat shoe, true-mock, sancrespino, stuck-on, California construction).
• All footwear categories are covered on TPR, PVC, PU, TUNIT & leather soles.

OUR MAIN CUSTOMER

• We supply our goods to U.K , Italy, Germany etc.
• In Domestic we are working with leecooper,Provogue,Metro from last 5 Year.
• Our customer are happy with our quality and timely delivery.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• The Company has its own in-house Quality Assurance team of professional and technically qualified personnel. This team is free to conduct any random checks during production at any time. It is our commitmen that we never take the quality factor as a last minute formality.
• The company maintain the "Broken Needle Policy" in every respect and issue the another needle only after the submission of broken needle by worker.
• Our QCs keep a constant vigil at every stage of shoe-making, from material procurement, confirmation samples, tooling, pilot production, production & right up till final packing.
• After completion of these checks the shoes again have to pass through a team of Final Quality controller's before final packing and dispatch of the consignments.
